Eldan FG952

The ELDAN FG952 is an industrial, high-speed, single-shaft granulator designed to further reduce the size of materials after primary shredding, down to a specified granule size. The material is fed into the cutting chamber, where a rotating rotor with moving blades interacts with stationary blades. The granulated material passes through a replaceable screen, allowing for the selection of the desired final fraction size.

The unit features an adjustable blade gap, multiple blade sharpening options, easy blade replacement, and a hydraulic opening for the feed hopper, which facilitates access to the cutting chamber during maintenance. Replaceable wear parts and screens with different hole sizes are used.
