EIRICH Rv19

Used approximately 1500 litre continuous Eirich model RV19 batch mixing system. The RV19 mixer has approximately 36m3/h (50 tonnes/hour) throughput. Unit is rated atmospheric internal pressure.

The system includes:

- A 1 tonne bagging system
- DCE-Unimaster LEV system
- Discharge chutes and feed screws
- Siemens PLC control unit
- Weighing scales with digital readout
- Ingersol Rand air compressor
- (3) Loss in weight hoppers
- Receiver hoppers with rotary valve feeds
- Tubular screw conveyors
