Professional, large-capacity rotary drum separator (rotating screen) from the German leader in process engineering, EIMA Engineering. This unit is a key component in processing lines within the fruit and vegetable processing sector. The machine is designed for continuous, mechanical separation of solid fractions from liquids, sorting raw materials by size, cleaning process water from post-production residues, or thoroughly draining products after washing and blanching.

The heart of the unit is a robust, perforated drum made of the highest quality stainless steel and acid-resistant steel, with an impressive diameter of 1000 mm and a working length of up to 2400 mm. This working geometry ensures extremely high surface and hourly throughput, preventing blockages even with rapid input of raw materials. Operation in a rotary system guarantees that the material being processed is constantly and gently mixed, optimizing the draining and separation process without the risk of mechanical damage to delicate food products.
