CORMAK Zbiornik ciśnieniowy 11 BAR 2000 L

CORMAK 2000-Litre Pressure Tank – English Translation

The CORMAK pressure tank with a capacity of 2,000 litres and a working pressure of 11 bar is a reliable solution designed for storing compressed air in industrial plants, workshops, and pneumatic systems. Its robust steel construction, compliance with European Union directives, and UDT certification make this tank an essential component of any compressed air system. Thanks to its optimized design and high pressure resistance, the tank can serve both as a storage buffer and as an element for stabilizing the compressor's operating parameters.

Key Advantages of the 2,000 L Pressure Tank
Professional pressure-vessel construction – made of high-grade 5 mm thick steel, resistant to pressure and corrosion.
UDT certification and CE marking – compliance with European safety and quality standards.
11 bar working pressure – suitable for most pneumatic systems, including those with higher operating requirements.
High capacity – 2,000 litres – provides a stable supply of compressed air and reduces the frequency of compressor start-up cycles.
Multi-connection system – equipped with 5 connections in 2" and 1/2" sizes, allowing flexible connection to various installations.
High-quality workmanship – durable external paint coating.
Space-saving vertical design – the vertical construction helps save valuable space in industrial facilities.
Construction and Technology – Robust Design for Demanding Applications
This compressed air tank has been designed for intensive use in industrial environments. The body is made of structural steel with a 5 mm wall thickness, ensuring resistance to pressures of up to 11 bar and providing long-term durability. All welds undergo rigorous quality control, while the tank surface is protected with a coating resistant to chemical and atmospheric factors.

The tank is equipped with a nameplate bearing the CE marking and the identification number of the UDT notified body, confirming its approval for use on the Polish and European markets. The set includes complete technical documentation, a pressure-vessel passport, and material certificates.

Precision and Operating Efficiency – Stable Pressure and Optimized Compressor Operation
Thanks to its large 2,000-litre capacity, the tank acts as an air buffer, stabilizing pressure throughout the pneumatic system. This ensures consistent operation of compressed-air-powered equipment and significantly extends the compressor's service life by reducing the number of start-up and shutdown cycles. The vertical design allows for compact installation, which is particularly important in facilities where space is limited.
