CORMAK TYTAN 250x750 PRO 400V is an industrial-grade conventional lathe designed for precise, reliable, and long-lasting metalworking operations. The PRO version is powered by a three-phase 400V motor, delivering consistent power output and high torque across the entire speed range.

Construction and Technology

The CORMAK TYTAN 250x750 PRO metal lathe is engineered for intensive industrial use. Its heavy-duty cast iron body effectively dampens vibrations, improving machining accuracy and surface finish. The 26.5 mm spindle bore allows machining of longer workpieces, while the MT4 spindle taper ensures compatibility with a wide range of tooling and accessories.

The spindle speed can be adjusted in 6 ranges (125–2000 RPM) via a belt-driven transmission, allowing optimal cutting parameters for various materials and operations.

The machine delivers excellent machining precision thanks to P5 precision bearings and high concentricity of the working components (runout tolerance ≤ 0.015 mm). The integrated lead screw enables accurate cutting of metric threads (0.2–3.5 mm) and imperial threads (8–56 TPI). An ergonomic control panel and an adjustable tailstock make the machine suitable for a wide range of turning operations, including taper turning.
