Design and technology

The MDC750 has been designed for intensive operation in industrial environments. The construction is based on a durable steel housing and an efficient filtration system that effectively separates metal dust and chips.

The suction unit is powered by a 0.75 kW motor, providing appropriate airflow parameters. The 350 mm diameter impeller generates stable suction pressure, allowing efficient removal of even heavier metal particles.

The machine is equipped with a 1 × 100 mm suction port, making it compatible with the most common metalworking stations. The large collection container ensures long operating periods without frequent emptying.

Precision and work efficiency

The applied design solutions ensure constant performance during both metal chip extraction and fine dust removal. The extraction capacity of 1520 m³/h with a bag allows efficient operation of both single and multiple workstations.
