KDP1000 Cabinet Sandblasting Machine

The KDP1000 cabinet sandblasting machine is an advanced device designed for intensive operation in industrial environments such as the automotive industry, shipbuilding, aerospace, and professional service facilities.

With an impressive 1000-liter tank capacity and an 850-liter working area, the machine allows processing of large components – from wheels and rims to housings and heavy structural elements. High-quality construction and reliable operation make the KDP1000 a professional metal sandblaster designed for the most demanding users.

Main Advantages of the Machine
Large 1000-liter working capacity – enables processing of large-size components.
Dust-free operation thanks to sealed perimeter gaskets – protects the working environment and operator health.
Closed-loop blasting system – reduces dust emissions in the workplace.
Efficient DC15 cyclone dust extraction system included as standard – effectively removes abrasive particles.
Compatibility with various abrasives – including corundum, glass beads, quartz sand, and emery.
Easy abrasive replacement – thanks to the built-in drain located at the bottom of the tank.
Complete equipment set – includes gloves, a manual blasting gun, fixed blasting gun, and blow-off gun.
Construction and Technology

The KDP1000 sandblasting cabinet has been designed for intensive industrial use. Its robust steel construction with powder coating ensures resistance to abrasion and environmental factors.

The housing is easy to maintain, while the sealed working system minimizes dust and increases operating safety. The hose blasting system located at the bottom of the tank provides stable abrasive flow.

The large working area and convenient access to the cabinet interior allow efficient handling of components and maximum utilization of the available workspace.

Precision and Work Efficiency

The operating pressure range of 4–8 BAR allows the blasting intensity to be adjusted according to the type and condition of the surface being treated.
