Fan-Blower

CORMAK FM300N 400V

The FM300N transport fan is a heavy-duty industrial-grade unit designed for efficient extraction of sawdust, dust, and fine wood waste in production plants and carpentry workshops. With a high capacity of 2530 m³/h and a powerful 1.5 kW three-phase motor, the unit effectively supports woodworking processes, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth operation. The FM300N is a reliable sawdust blower engineered for intensive use and long service life.

Key Advantages

Extraction capacity of 2530 m³/h – effective contaminant removal even during high-intensity operation

1.5 kW three-phase motor – stable performance under continuous load

Universal connection system – one 130 mm inlet or two independent 100 mm inlets

Damage-resistant construction – durable metal housing

Energy-efficient and low-noise operation – optimized power consumption and improved acoustic comfort

Design and Technology

The FM300N is built on a stable, welded steel frame resistant to dynamic loads and external factors typical of industrial environments. The high-efficiency aerodynamic impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft, eliminating transmission-related power losses and ensuring long service life.

The unit features two 100 mm suction ports (or one 130 mm port), allowing simultaneous operation of two workstations or connection to large-format machines.

The 400 V three-phase motor provides sufficient power and operational stability in industrial facilities. A rotational speed of 2950 rpm guarantees intensive airflow, even during prolonged operation. The entire design has been optimized for easy installation and maximum use of workspace.

Precision and Performance

The FM300N is a dependable sawdust extraction unit capable of transporting wood by-products generated during machining—from fine sanding dust to heavier sawdust and chips. Its high airflow capacity ensures smooth operation of production workstations, reducing the risk of blockages and limiting the emission of contaminants in the working area.

Applications

The FM300N is intended for professional environments where durability and efficiency are essential. It can operate as a standalone sawdust fan or as part of an advanced dust extraction system. Typical applications include:

carpentry workshops

furniture manufacturing plants

wooden component production departments

workstations with circular saws, planers, spindle moulders, and sanders
