CONSTMACH PI-1 mobile limestone crusher is a high-performance mobile crushing plant that offers maximum efficiency in crushing materials with low hardness and abrasiveness. Designed specifically for processing materials such as limestone, this plant provides long-lasting use with its durable structure and superior engineering. The PI-1 model combines all equipment, such as the primary impact crusher, vibrating screen, feed and stock belts, on a single mobile chassis, offering a compact and easily transportable solution.

With its high production capacity, the PI-1 can crush between 150 and 200 tons of material per hour and can process feed sizes up to 850 x 850 mm. The products obtained thanks to the primary impact crusher have an excellent cubic shape and offer ideal granulometry for concrete production. Three or four different sizes of material can be obtained simultaneously. The PLC-controlled automation system, remote control, and optional diesel generator integration provide full control and independent operation.

Thanks to its user-friendly design, the plant can be set up and commissioned in a short time. The hydraulic foot system eliminates the need for an external crane and allows for easy transport from site to site. The use of SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER branded components in all electrical and control systems ensures reliability and long-term performance.
