Professional BELIMED MST-V 6-6-12 VS2 steam sterilizer from an ongoing food production facility for sale.

The unit was originally developed for the medical field and is now successfully used for sterilizing beverage bottles in a smoothie production line. Up to 350 bottles are sterilized per cycle on specially adapted trolleys.

The autoclave features a modern Siemens control system with a touchscreen, programmable sterilization cycles, and stored programs for sterilizations above 121°C. Programs are programmable, and the display language can be selected.

Of particular note is a recent test report from an independent food institute, featuring FDA-compliant temperature penetration measurements within the product.

The system is in very good technical condition. In recent years, the sterilization door, pumps, and motors have been replaced. The autoclave is currently in daily use and can be inspected under real production conditions until August 2026.
