The panel saw consists of a special aluminum profile frame and an MDF support plate. This construction gives the panel saw optimal stability with low weight. The sliding carriage is guided horizontally by 8 ball bearings and 2 toothed belts. A repeat stop including scale (up to 700mm) is mounted on the left of the sliding carriage. This stop enables strip cutting from the top edge of the panel material.
The sliding carriage contains the turntable made of VA sheet steel, which is suspended on 2 pull ropes. The plunge saw TS 75 EBQ is mounted on this turntable. The turntable can be rotated by 90° for horizontal or vertical cuts. A locking bolt fixes the positions. There is also a pressure shoe under the turntable. This pressure shoe presses the panel material onto the MDF support plate.
