ATS Wibbing AW75 + HRF 101 קו מילוי חביות KEG (2025)

ATS Wibbing KEG Abfüllanlage

Overview

This fully automatic KEG cleaning and filling system from ATS Wibbing GmbH, built in 2025, is consisting of an external KEG washer (AW 75), a KEG cleaning and filling machine (HRF 101), as well as a complete supply and transport system. The system is designed for the processing of a wide range of KEG formats. With an output of approx. 30–35 KEG/h, the installation is suitable for small and medium-sized breweries or beverage producers. The line is equipped with a Siemens S7-1500 control system and touchscreen HMI, allowing fully automatic operation with guided user interface. The scope includes a complete transport system, supply tanks with dosing and conductivity measurement, as well as all required piping between the machine and media tanks.

The system is offered with 2 years manufacturer warranty and is available within approximately 2-3 months. The attached project layout drawing illustrates the complete system arrangement including KEG washer, cleaning/filling machine, conveyor sections, pallet handling aid, supply station, and expansion vessel.
