Dcodjyr I Hzopfx An Tsn

The ZBP 500 compacts pressable materials into high-density briquettes. The briquettes are easy to store and, thanks to their stackability, can be transported efficiently. In the press chamber of the hydraulic press unit, the briquettes are shaped by a pressure cylinder. This allows up to nine briquettes per minute to be produced with a pressing force of 1 kg/cm².

Standard equipment:

Safety limit switches for oil temperature and oil level
 Oil cooler
 Automatic briquette length monitoring
 Automatic hopper fill level monitoring
Control cabinet with PLC control for fully automatic operation

Options:

Custom hopper extension available to meet customer requirements
Press stamp with inscription / logo
