Machine Description
Used 2018 Union MDMV 1 industrial metal degreasing and component cleaning machine, designed for precision cleaning of small and complex metal components using super-stabilised perchloroethylene (PCE / PER / tetrachloroethylene).
This is a closed-circuit hermetic vacuum solvent cleaning system incorporating washing, rinsing, vapour degreasing, solvent recovery/distillation and vacuum drying within an enclosed process.

Continuous Solvent Recovery
A particularly useful feature of the MDMV design is the continuous solvent distillation/recovery system.
Union states that MDMV machines operate under vacuum for rapid washing cycles and use continuous vacuum distillation with automatic final stripping of residues, allowing contaminated solvent to be regenerated and reused during production.
