Changing Room and Personal Entry Area:
Dimensions: 2000 x 2000 x 3000 mm
The changing room is divided into two zones: a gray zone and a white zone.

In the gray zone, personnel remove the footwear and gowns worn in the assembly area, sit on the bench separating the zones, and change into cleanroom footwear and gowns. Whenever personnel leave the cleanroom during operations, they must always change their attire upon re-entry.

Cleanroom:
Dimensions: 5500 x 4500 x 3000 mm
The goods-in zone is separated from the cleanroom adhesive area (1750 x 750 x 3000 mm).
Doors and windows between the goods-in zone and the cleanroom are interlocked; only one door or window can be opened at a time.

Upon entry: doors only open after a 6-minute delay, except when issuing storage devices, when no 6-minute lockout is applied.

After processing, the glued products are mechanically transferred to the assembly area via a pass-through window. Delivery windows must always be closed after the transfer process.

The cleanroom is pressurized, regulated via control dampers.

Air of ISO8 quality is supplied to the cleanroom through filters installed in the air handling unit.
Air handling units are installed on the support structure above the cleanroom ceiling.
Air cleanliness is continuously monitored and recorded.
If air cleanliness falls below acceptable levels, a visual alarm notifies personnel, or intervention in the production process occurs and doors and windows are locked.
