Tempering furnace for stress relieving and forming acrylic glass
The furnace has two doors on one side and 2 narrow doors with rail system on the back.
The sheets are hung there and pneumatically clamped with foot switch and released again.

- The oven has a maximum temperature of 230°C and a permanent deviation around the set temperature of +/-3°C at 75°C .
- The internal dimensions are approx. width 1600 x depth 2000 mm.
The height of the oven in the rail system can accommodate a 1800mm high free-hanging panel.

The rail system can also be mounted on the front side.
It can accommodate panel thicknesses from 1.5 to 25mm and can support a maximum panel weight of 150kg.
- The power can be adjusted in several steps.

- Safety device which also switches off the heating in case of fan failure.
