Omega SC4815 Scalper

The Omega SC4815 is a heavy-duty tracked scalping screen designed for demanding quarrying, recycling and construction applications. Built around a high-energy 16' × 5' twin-deck screen box, the SC4815 combines aggressive screening performance with high throughput, robust construction and excellent on-site mobility.

Capable of processing up to 450 tonnes per hour, the SC4815 features a 7 m³ feed hopper, 1,200 mm belt feeder and three product discharge conveyors for oversize, mid-size and fines. Its hydraulically folding conveyors and walkways allow for fast setup and straightforward transport between sites.

Powered by a CAT 3.6 engine, the machine uses a fuel-efficient diesel-hydraulic drive system and is mounted on a heavy-duty tracked undercarriage. At approximately 30,000 kg, the SC4815 is engineered to handle tough materials while remaining practical to transport and manoeuvre on site.
