The METTLER TOLEDO GARVENS XE 3 CC professional combined system (CombiChecker) is a top-of-the-line “2-in-1” inspection device that combines the function of a precise dynamic (flow) checkweigher with an advanced Safeline metal detector. The machine is specifically designed for demanding production lines in the food, processing, meat, and confectionery industries, where meeting HACCP, IFS, BRC, and FDA quality standards is crucial. Thanks to its compact design, the system occupies minimal space on the line and allows for the simultaneous execution of two critical control points (CCP).

The first module – the integrated Safeline metal detector – reliably identifies all metallic contaminants (both ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel), protecting consumers and the brand’s image from costly complaints. The second module – the Garvens dynamic checkweigher – verifies the weight of products within a range of 100 g to 500 g with an accuracy of 0.5 g in a fraction of a second, automatically rejecting under- or over-filled packages. The central control system allows for quick changes in product assortment and archiving of production statistics.
