High-quality end products – the 3-roller model is an ideal solution for feeding strips and components of medium or small size. Thanks to two feed rollers and a third output roller, the workpiece is constantly and uniformly fed throughout the entire work process, which significantly improves the quality of the end products.
Quick setup – the speed switch enables quick setting of the 1st and 2nd feed speeds and a quick change of the feed direction back and forth; changing the internal gears provides 4 speeds.
Perfect grip – 50-Shore wheels made of patented "Feeder Grip" rubber ensure the longest service life and the highest grip on the workpiece.
Safety as a core value – the mechanical feed increases safety because it feeds the workpiece close to the tool while the operator's hands are at a safe distance. Its effectiveness depends on specific design and production criteria. Maggi feeders are the only ones designed and manufactured in Italy and comply with EU safety standards.
Universal stand (optional) – for easy positioning and adjustment of the feeding unit on the machine. It is easy to attach, stable and robust: the foot, cross member, tube, joint and flange are made of cast iron, and the two columns are made of rectified steel with a considerable thickness. Handles made of steel and adjustment wheels allow for quick and precise positioning.
High adaptability – the suspension of a 20mm diameter roller, with calibrated gears, allows for stable and uniform feeding of workpieces of different thicknesses without additional adjustments.
Safety brushes – additional protection on both sides of the feed.
Safe stand – equipped with safety devices (SPS - System) to prevent accidental detachment, complying with EC safety standards.
