DOUBLE-JACKETED KETTLE / PAN WITH AGITATOR

Double-Jacketed Mixing Vessel / Pot – 650 L – Stainless Steel

Industrial mixing vessel / pot with a capacity of 650 liters, made of stainless steel, equipped with a double jacket for heat treatment and a mixing system, designed for the preparation, mixing, heating, and homogenization of food products in industrial batch processes.

The equipment combines a 650-liter vertical vessel with a motorized agitator and a double jacket, allowing mixing and heat treatment operations to be carried out in a single container. Its design is particularly suitable for products that need to be kept in motion during heating to achieve a uniform distribution of ingredients and temperature.

PROCESS

The vessel is designed to receive the ingredients and continuously mix them using the internal agitator.

The double jacket allows for heat treatment of the product, which can be used for heating, temperature maintenance, or cooking operations, depending on the product and the available thermal services.

Agitation during the process promotes homogenization of the ingredients and a more uniform distribution of the temperature, making it particularly useful for liquid, semi-liquid, and viscous products.

It can be used for:

Mixing and homogenization
Heating
Cooking
Temperature maintenance
Dissolving ingredients
Preparation of formulations
Production of sauces, creams, and purees
Preparation of fillings and formulated products

APPLICATIONS

Especially suitable for canning industries, sauce manufacturers, ready-meal producers, vegetable product manufacturers, cream and puree manufacturers, filling manufacturers, and other food industries that require a versatile mixing and heat treatment equipment.

The combination of a 650-liter capacity, double jacket, motorized agitator, and stainless steel construction provides a robust solution for industrial processes involving preparation, cooking, and mixing.
