Concrete Distributor with Crane Bridge

Intended Use:
The concrete distributor is designed for feeding formwork pallets with concrete. It can process concrete of spreading masses F1-F5.

Longitudinal Chassis:
The longitudinal chassis is a welded steel structure and is equipped with four wheels, two of which are driven by a gear.
The power supply is via a Vahle rail (Vahle rail not included).

Transverse Chassis:
The transverse chassis is a welded steel structure and is equipped with four wheels. The transverse chassis moves on the longitudinal chassis. The carriage guide for lowering the hopper for concrete loading is located on the transverse chassis.

Bucket:
Two carriages are bolted to the hopper, and the carriage contains the hydraulic cylinders for lowering the hopper (1,250 mm) for filling with concrete. The hopper is filled via a hopper mounted on the side. Two inspection and cleaning hatches are located in the lower part of the bucket.

Spiked roller:
The spiked roller is driven by an adjustable hydraulic motor. This allows it to be used both as a dosing aid and to prevent bridging. The speed and rpm are adjustable on the control panel.

Sliding gate:
Consists of 12 gates that can be operated individually or in three groups. Opening and closing is controlled by hydraulic cylinders.
