KW50S warming chamber, furnace

The device is designed for thermal processing of materials whose flash point is higher than 300 degrees C.
The device consists of two independent operating chambers. Each chamber has its own control system. The chambers have windows that allow the tracking of the device's operation and a lighting function. The chamber has the ability to achieve ramp temperatures up to 120 deg C.

The warming chamber is built as an independent panel structure mounted on a frame. The connection of the individual elements is carried out by means of welds, rivets and screws, without any additional structural elements. The connection points of the panel structure are sealed with rubber tape and silicone adhesives. Air circulation inside the chamber is forced by centrifugal fans installed above the heaters.
