USED GUIDETTI SINCRO MILL 315 CABLE RECYCLING LINE – 2021

For sale: a used, compact cable recycling line manufactured by the renowned Italian company Guidetti Recycling Systems.

The SINCRO MILL 315 is designed for processing mixed electrical cables, including both rigid and flexible copper or aluminum cables, without requiring preliminary sorting.

Despite its compact design, the machine integrates the complete recycling process into a single system:

* blade granulator,
* zig-zag separator,
* refining turbine,
* dry density separation table.

Rigid metal fractions, plugs, and connectors are separated directly by the zig-zag system, while plastics and thinner wires are further processed in the refining turbine. This solution improves separation quality and minimizes metal losses in the plastic fraction.

The line produces clean copper or aluminum granulate and a separated plastic fraction. According to the manufacturer, the purity of the recovered materials can reach up to 99%, depending on the type and condition of the input cable.
