A complete filling line with a 12-position gravity and vacuum filler with integrated twist-off capper for the food industry is available. Filling stations: 12, design: rotary machine, liquid viscosity: thin-medium, filling capacity: approx. 2000bottles/h, capping capacity: approx. 1000-1200/h, containers: heat-insulated, container volume: 35l/50l. This is a complete filling line including conveyor belts, accumulation table, sensors, rotary tables, pumps and format parts. The system was taken out of operation in 2024. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible.
