WHAT MAKES THIS SCREENING DRUM SPECIAL?

Trapezoidal hole design – 18 to 21 mm

The openings are laser-cut in a trapezoidal shape and widen from approximately 18 mm to 21 mm.

Due to this special geometry, material components that become lodged in the opening during the screening process can more easily exit.

The result: ➡️ fewer clogged openings ➡️ reliable material flow ➡️ uniform screening process.

As a result, the drum is not only designed for the largest possible screening area but also for the stresses of daily professional use.

-----

A special structural advantage:

Reinforced screw conveyor

In the area of the screw conveyor, there are no openings on either side for approximately 15–30 mm.

This keeps the highly stressed area closed and provides greater material stability.

➡️ higher load-bearing capacity ➡️ less weakening of the material ➡️ robust design of the screw conveyor ➡️ designed for demanding continuous use

Rectangular alignment of the holes in the direction of material flow

This ensures that the material is guided in a controlled manner across the screening area, and the available screening area is used efficiently.
