CORMAK Zbiornik ciśnieniowy 16 BAR 500 L

The CORMAK 500-litre pressure vessel with a working pressure of 16 bar is a reliable solution designed for storing compressed air in industrial facilities, workshops, and pneumatic systems. Its robust steel construction, compliance with European Union directives, and UDT certification make this tank an essential component of any compressed air system. Thanks to its optimized design and high pressure resistance, it can serve both as a storage buffer and as an element for stabilizing compressor operating parameters.

Key Features of the 500 L Pressure Vessel
Professional pressure-rated construction – made of high-quality 5 mm thick steel, resistant to pressure and corrosion.
UDT certification and CE marking – compliance with European safety and quality standards.
16 bar working pressure – suitable for most pneumatic systems, including those with higher operating requirements.
High 500-litre capacity – provides stable compressed air supply and reduces the frequency of compressor start-up cycles.
Multiple connection ports – 6 connection ports with diameters of 1 1/4", 2", and 1/2" allow flexible connection to various installations.
High-quality workmanship – durable external paint coating provides long-lasting protection.
Space-saving vertical design – allows efficient use of available space in the workplace.
Construction and Technology – Robust Design for Demanding Applications
This compressed air tank has been designed for intensive use in industrial environments. The body is made of structural steel with a 5 mm wall thickness, ensuring resistance to pressures of up to 16 bar and providing long-term durability. All welds undergo rigorous quality control, while the tank surface is protected with a coating resistant to chemical and atmospheric factors.

The tank is equipped with a nameplate bearing the CE symbol and the UDT notified body number, confirming its approval for use on the Polish and European markets. The set includes complete technical documentation, a pressure vessel passport, and material certificates.

Precision and Operating Efficiency – Stable Pressure and Optimized Compressor Performance
With a large 500-litre capacity, the tank acts as an air buffer, stabilizing pressure throughout the pneumatic system. This enables the smooth operation of compressed-air-powered equipment and significantly extends compressor service life by reducing the number of start/stop cycles. The vertical design allows for compact installation, which is particularly important in facilities with limited space.
