Design and technology

The CORMAK VP3000 press has been designed for intensive use in industrial environments. The rigid frame made of steel profiles provides a stable base for six hydraulic pressing units. Each unit can be adjusted independently and positioned according to the operator’s requirements. The minimum distance between pressing units is 240 mm, allowing work with narrow and short components.

Thanks to locking valves and an integrated pressure gauge, the operator has full control over the entire gluing process, including pressing force and pressure distribution. This solution is particularly important in factories producing glued panels, countertops, and furniture components, where connection quality and stability are essential.

Precision and working efficiency

One of the key advantages of the VP3000 model is its excellent repeatability – both in terms of pressing force and the accuracy of glued joints. The gluing press provides even pressure distribution over the entire working area, eliminating the risk of gaps, voids, or improperly bonded sections.
