Design and technology

The CORMAK LUP16 splitter is built on a robust steel frame with increased resistance to deformation, while all working components are designed for continuous operation. The angled splitting wedge improves penetration into the wood, reducing the splitting cycle time.

The machine is powered by a three-phase 4.5 kW (400 V) electric motor, providing sufficient power for intensive splitting of thick and hard wood.

Precision and work efficiency

The LUP16 model allows processing logs up to 1100 mm in length and 700 mm in diameter, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of applications. The 948 mm wedge stroke ensures complete splitting in a single cycle.

The adjustable splitting speed range of 4.6–14.2 cm/s and return speed of 6.2 cm/s allow the operator to optimise performance for maximum productivity.
