CONSTMACH Mobile Cement Silo / Horizantal Silo

The Constmach horizontal mobile cement silo is a practical and economical solution that enables concrete production plants to become fully mobile. This system can be easily installed on-site without requiring foundation preparation, significantly saving time and labor. Thanks to its compact design, transportation and assembly processes are extremely fast. The silo body is supported by vibrators, pneumatic systems, and air nozzles to ensure maximum efficiency in cement flow. The V-type horizontal screw conveyor located at the bottom allows for homogeneous discharge of cement.

Its double-axle, wheeled chassis offers high stability and easy transport for mobile use. The filter and safety valve system found in vertical silos is also included in this model, ensuring safe working conditions. The body and top cover are made of durable ST-37 steel plates. In addition, the surface is coated with an anti-corrosive primer and double-layer epoxy paint for long-lasting external protection. Maintenance doors on both sides and on the roof facilitate cleaning and inspection.
