CONSTMACHTM PI-2 mobile limestone crushing plant is a high-efficiency crushing solution specially designed for processing materials with low abrasiveness. With its compact design and robust construction, the PI-2 ensures excellent cubic-shaped final products while crushing materials such as limestone at high capacity. The plant is equipped with advanced engineering and can be assembled and put into production in a short time. It offers a complete mobile crushing and screening system with a vibrating feed bunker, CPI-1415 primary impact crusher, multi-layer vibrating screen, and foldable stock belt.

The PI-2 mobile limestone crusher can be controlled via a single tablet thanks to its user-friendly automation infrastructure. The PLC system, equipped with SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER brand electronic components, ensures safe and stable operation of the plant. With a production capacity of 250–300 tons/hour, the PI-2 combines the performance of a stationary plant with the flexibility of a mobile structure. When needed, the integration of a diesel generator eliminates the need for external power. With dimensions that comply with international transportation standards, the PI-2 can be easily transported between different construction sites.
