Carotte CAR-PAT-001

This machine is specifically designed to produce highly accurate two-layer herringbone flooring.

Applicable joint types:
- Left and right models with tongue and groove
Hnedpfx Abez Rkd Dj Hsu
- Groove and groove models
- easylox® models (patented connection system)

Planks are picked up at the front and placed into the machine. Grippers take over the plank and guide it along the profiling cutters. Here, the profile is created, and the bevel, if any, is applied. Then, the planks are transferred to a second transport system, which places the plank in a position where the tongue/groove or groove/groove, or easylox® joint is applied.

The machine is fully CNC-controlled and extremely precise. Squareness, length, bevel size, and fit are fully computer-controlled and can be adjusted with high accuracy.

Smallest herringbone dimension: 90x450mm
Largest herringbone dimension: 220x1200mm

The machine consists of:
“Sigmatek” digital touchscreen control panel;
stack infeed arm, plank infeed unit, milling carriage, end machining unit, transport clamps, fixed milling position, pocket milling units, stack output unit, plank output unit; capacity, minimum thickness 12 mm, maximum thickness 25 mm, working pressure compressed air 7 bar, milling carriage feed speed 6 - 14 m/min, milling cutter overhang Ø 210 mm / 250 mm, profiling cutter Ø 250 mm, bevel cutter Ø 250 mm, pocket cutter Ø 44 mm - 50 mm; combined power approximately 2kW,
for producing left/right herringbone and easylox; including manuals, machine books, and flexible hoses up to the ceiling.
