Capstone C1000

Used natural gas-fired combined heat and power plant for electricity and industrial steam production.
Main equipment:
• Capstone C1000: five C200 microturbine modules, each rated at 200 kW; electrical output of the complete package: 999 kWe; 400 V / 50 Hz; grid-parallel operation; common acoustic enclosure and control system.
• APROVIS waste heat steam boiler: rated production of 2,000 kg/h of saturated steam at 6 bar(g); maximum allowable pressure 9 bar(g); equipped with two economizer stages for heat recovery.
• Reinhard Simon CKO501G supplementary duct burner: 500 kW, for additional exhaust gas heating upstream of the boiler.
• BIO-KOMP fuel gas booster compressor: 30 kW, maximum flow 340 Nm³/h, discharge pressure 6 bar(g).

The plant has been regularly maintained under a maintenance contract, with components replaced in accordance with the maintenance schedule. One of the five turbine modules is currently non-operational.
Operating hours: T1: 53,191 h; T2: 50,891 h; T3: 51,628 h; T4: 52,691 h; T5: 49,487 h.
The pressure equipment has an inspection certificate issued by an accredited pressure equipment inspection body. Technical documentation is available. Inspection, price and collection terms are subject to agreement.
