The BVL continuous cleaning system is ideal for cleaning stamped parts and other industrial components that require precise and thorough cleaning. Particularly noteworthy is its suitability for stamped parts with a surface tension of up to 42 mN/m.
The BVL washing system recently underwent a comprehensive general overhaul. The system is equipped with a Festo robotic arm fitted with various grippers to precisely transfer parts from the conveyor belt to the washing station. The robot arm enables flexible and efficient handling of different objects thanks to the adaptability of the grippers, which vary depending on the type of part. In addition, three canisters of the BVL 730 cleaner are still in stock.
