We are offering this as-new Brunner Anliker PKR-S grater for nuts, cheese, chocolate, etc., year of manufacture 2016. Includes two grating drums: 2.5mm and 5mm.

The PKR-S nut and cheese grater is specifically designed for commercial and batch operations. The material to be grated is gently and loosely processed through hand-finished grating plates using the proven pre-rotation system without mechanical pressure. Thanks to the mobile base frame, the machine can be used flexibly. For easy and hygienic cleaning, the PKR-S is made entirely of stainless steel.

The machine has only been used a few times and is therefore in very good condition.
