BOOSTON ER-02/750 – STATIONARY ASSEMBLY TABLE, 7.5 m, FOR PREFABRICATION OF HOUSES

BOOSTON MACHINERY is a manufacturer of machines and equipment for prefabricated house plants. We produce stationary assembly tables, rotary tables, butterfly tables, and complete production lines for the prefabrication of timber structures.

➡️ Height range of the prefabricated wall using the SD-01 clamping cylinder: 600–3400 mm
➡️ Vertical locking pins: 0–240 mm, diameter 35 mm (adjustable)
➡️ Horizontal transport of finished elements – optional: set of pneumatically lifted rollers – 2 rows of rollers at the edges of the table
➡️ Table type: stationary table
➡️ Pneumatic supply: 8 BAR – for the ER-02R version equipped with rollers for horizontal transport
➡️ Maximum permissible load: 100 kg/m² of finished prefabricated element, with a maximum element height of 3000 mm

BOOSTON ER-02

The ER-02 stationary assembly table is a versatile workstation designed for the prefabrication of walls and other elements in timber frame construction.

The modular design of the work platform allows for expansion of the workstation and connection to other BOOSTON assembly and rotary tables, creating a complete production line.

The ER-02 table is available in lengths from 3 to 15 meters.

The standard work area, along with the support, enables the prefabrication of elements up to 3400 mm in height using the SD-01 clamping cylinders.

We manufacture our machines in Poland.
