Work table with pivoting mechanism AWT-250 S – easily bring components to the desired working height with head pressure, without any force, and tilt and rotate them using the integrated pivoting mechanism.
Design: electro-hydraulic, Schuko plug 230V, controlled via hand buttons for up/down, lifting – lowering – pivoting.
Mounting and pivoting of large and bulky panels, frame parts, and large workpieces can be handled by one person. Max. component size 4000x3000mm, load capacity 250 kg.
Working height can be continuously adjusted from approximately 770-1000mm, and the useful stroke is 230mm vertically.
The center support is 160mm wide and has 2 movable infeed/outfeed rollers on each side, which are automatically retracted at the top and extended at the bottom.
The 2 tiltable work surfaces are WxD: 950x2000mm, plus 3 pull-out extensions of +500mm on each side.
The total horizontal working area is 2100 x 2000mm; the support surfaces are equipped with brush strips for gentle workpiece processing.
In the folded position, the open angle is approximately 32° vertically.
