We are a Polish manufacturer of machinery and integrated recycling systems. Our solutions are already in operation at many facilities across Europe. We specialize in the design, construction, and commissioning of complete process lines for the recovery of non-ferrous metals and plastics.

🔍 ATV Eddy Current Separators – what do we offer?

Our separator line includes over a dozen models with belt widths from 330 mm to 2200 mm, in two variants:
• Symmetrical models (A) – classic design, ideal for glass, ASR, PET
• Eccentric models (P) – greater separation precision, especially for fine metal fractions

ATV separators are available in the following sizes:
• ATV-40 to ATV-240
• Belt width: from 330 mm to 2200 mm

• Drive: motors from 3.0 kW to 7.5 kW + belt drive motor
• All equipment is CE certified

We can tailor the separator to your material fraction, capacity, and line requirements.

🧠 In-house test center

For clients who wish to verify the effectiveness of our solutions on their own material, we offer the opportunity to test it at our R&D and testing center in Poland.
You can send your material (PET, glass, ASR, metals, e-waste), and we will select and configure the optimal parameters for the equipment—even before purchase.
